Each item is custom made to order so if you have any ideas feel free to contact and we can work together to come up with an idea

Since each item is hand made is not made till you order, please allow 1 to 10 days before shipping

Returns and exchanges

We will refund the price of the item if you are not happy with the product quality please feel free to return it or if the item has been damaged during shipping (please provide pictures as soon as possible.

Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom/personalized items unless they are faulty.

Shipping

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the event that your item has been damaged during shipping please contact me as soon as possible with photographs and details of the damage. This will enable me to fix the situation quickly.
